Initiate
You will receive your login credentials within 48 hours of joining the Adaptive family – no waiting for anything to be installed! You will start your e-learning courses and begin gathering information to highlight your budgeting, forecasting and reporting processes. We will hold a project kickoff meeting and request your approval of the project timeline.
MODEL
We will partner with you to build your structure and models applicable to your needs. Once designed, we will work with you to create the reports you need to manage your business. Concurrent to this activity, we will also work on your ongoing integration design and testing. We will request your approval at various points during the Model phase.
VALIDATE
You will conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) and assemble a list of required adjustments in light of UAT. We will work with you to make these adjustments as well as create Model Administrator documentation and provide Model Administrator training. At the conclusion of the Validate phase, we will request your approval on Go Live readiness.
DEPLOY
We will create End User documentation and provide End User training.
OPTIMIZE
We will hold a project closure meeting and develop an ongoing optimization plan specific to your organization.
