Gretchen Radach, MBA, is a senior relationship manager, who specializes in analyzing retirement plan metrics. Collaborating with plan sponsor clients, she creates targeted communication strategies to improve the health of the plan as well as help participants improve their retirement outcomes.
Over her career, Gretchen has presented to financial professionals on the merits of automatic enrollment, Roth 401(k), cash balance plans and fiduciary responsibility. She has designed and implemented various participant communications campaigns, including the importance of participation, increasing savings and deferral rates, fund changes, asset allocation strategies and more.
At Sikich, Gretchen is an extension of our plan sponsor’s human resources department, providing clients and their employees with relevant, timely information regarding their defined contribution plans, as well as prompt and friendly client service.
