Chicago —Feb. 16, 2020 — Sikich has expanded its human capital management and payroll consulting team with the addition of Dave McKeon, a human resources industry veteran. Dave will serve as managing director of the team’s human resources advisory services. In this role, he will partner with clients to address business challenges through the development and implementation of talent solutions.

McKeon has more than 30 years of experience in the human resources space. Prior to joining Sikich, McKeon served in HR management roles at consulting firms and Fortune 1000 companies, including Hewitt and Stericycle. He specializes in optimizing companies’ HR functions around people, strategy, process and technology. His experience includes improving efficiencies in recruitment, compliance, compensation, talent management and performance management.

McKeon earned a bachelor’s degree in psychology and a master’s degree in labor and industrial relations from Michigan State University.
