Central Illinois Partner-in-Charge

Richard Lynch, CPA, is the partner-in-charge of the Central Illinois market, overseeing multiple offices and hundreds of employees in the region. In addition, Richard manages the firm’s not-for-profit (NFP) and higher education practices and has worked in public accounting since 2000. He has extensive experience providing audit, tax, accounting and management consulting services to a variety of clients, including businesses, financial institutions, public and private universities, social service agencies, private foundations and health and welfare organizations. Richard also has expertise supporting religious organizations, political action committees, civic and community organizations and trade associations as well as clients in the government and healthcare industries.

Richard has served on the governing boards of accounting business and NFP organizations, including positions as board chair, treasurer and chair of the Audit and Finance Committee. He is a frequent guest speaker at conferences, training sessions and webinars for the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA), Associated Colleges of Illinois, Associated Colleges of the Midwest and the Not-for-Profit forum.
