Richard Lynch


Richard Lynch, CPA, is the partner-in-charge of Sikich’s not-for-profit and higher education practice and the lead for the Central Illinois market. Working in public accounting since 2000, Richard has extensive experience providing audit, tax, accounting and management consulting services to a variety of clients, including businesses, financial institutions, public and private universities, social service agencies, private foundations, and health and welfare organizations. Richard also has expertise supporting religious organizations, political action committees, civic and community organizations, and trade associations, as well as clients in the government and healthcare industries.

Richard has served on the governing boards of accounting businesses and not-for-profit organizations, including positions as board chair, treasurer, and chair of audit and finance committees. He is a frequent guest speaker at conferences, training sessions and webinars for the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, Associated Colleges of Illinois, Associated Colleges of the Midwest and the Not-for-Profit forum.
