Objectives
The owners of Screenflex engaged Sikich’s Investment Banking team as they began to succession plan and think about the company’s next stage of growth. They wanted to find a reputable buyer that would continue to prioritize their employees and customers and build upon the company’s legacy.
Results
Screenflex was acquired by Versare Holdings, LLC, an international provider of flexible space solutions based in Minneapolis. This acquisition expands Versare’s product line and allows it to reach new customers in more markets.
