The original Microsoft Dynamics CRM (1.0) was released in 2003. In 13 years, a lot has changed. The world is flooded with big data, smartphones are incredible supercomputers that fit inside pockets and it’s possible to access data from anywhere at anytime. As if the technology changes weren’t enough, building meaningful business relationships with customers and clients became more complex with the advent of social media and other methods to connect with people over great distance.

How Microsoft Dynamics CRM Has Changed
