Kevin’s expertise includes extensive leadership and consulting work with large corporations, higher education institutions and information technology firms. Prior to Sikich, Kevin was the President/CEO and founding member of Executive Alliance, a management consulting firm providing services in the practice areas of information management strategy, process and technology. Sikich acquired Executive Alliance in November of 2018.
JENNY ANDREWS, SPHR
Jenny Andrews is a managing director for Sikich’s Human Capital Management & Payroll Consulting team, with many years of talent acquisition, employee development and employee relations experience. As a dedicated HR professional and talent development specialist, Jenny applies a unique and diverse skill set, the product of her extensive experiences as an operation executive as well as a HR business partner.
Steve has technology expertise in all phases of the system lifecycle including selection, implementation, upgrade and assessment. He has delivered solutions in absence, benefits, compensation, core HR, recruiting, payroll, talent and time tracking. Steve also has extensive experience solving application security, reporting and data integrity challenges.
Pamela serves clients with strategic design, information systems and process improvement. Her areas of expertise include HR organizational design, process and systems analysis, policy design and implementation of integrated human resource and payroll systems. Pamela also has a broad range of HR functional experience.
Throughout his career, Gary has provided managed services, private and public cloud hosting, integration analysis and strategic planning to large, complex global organizations as well as small to medium sized businesses. He also possesses a deep understanding of Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) and cloud system consulting with the capabilities and complexities of various products.
Richard provides clients with assistance in strategic planning and technology assessment, business process design and improvement, as well as project management. He also offers objective independent advice on the identification, design and deployment of HR business processes and offers project management expertise and advisory services to organizational leadership. Richard has experience with many software vendors including Workday, Oracle, SAP, ADP and Infor.
Dave leads the Human Resources Advisory practice within Sikich’s Human Capital Management and Payroll Consulting group. He is an established HR professional with a unique blend of experience in strategic planning, talent management, executive coaching and business development.

Pattie has years of experience working in a variety of industrial, high-tech, consumer, and financial settings. She has also assisted both for-profit and not-for-profit organizations at the global, multi-national, and local levels. Among her many talents, Pattie excels at providing her clients with leadership development, program management, organizational design, and more.
Cindy has experience in human capital management technology and human resources. She provides a unique and thorough understanding of client challenges and how to support their organizations. Cindy excels in technology, human resources, change management, process redesign and executive coaching services.

Laura has an extensive background in corporate recruiting and talent management. She is recognized for building strategic partner relationships by using her keen industry knowledge, strong business acumen and innovative approach to provide unparalleled client service.
Jill provides Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) consulting services for client companies to implement customer-focused business processes aligned with organizational goals. She has a unique ability to integrate both payroll and HR requirements and processes to simplify and streamline the flow of employee information. Jill also has broad expertise in Workday, UltiPro, ADP and PeopleSoft inclusive of HR, benefits, talent acquisition, payroll, time & labor modules and functionality.
JOE THOMAS, SPHR, HRCI-SCP
Joe has expertise in serving clients with payroll and strategic business processes and operations as well as effectively managing cross-functional teams to achieve strategic goals and evaluating customers’ operations to determine opportunities for improvement. He assists companies with identifying needs, gaps and next steps, utilizing a hands-on approach to work with clients.
Anne is a highly analytical, detailed-oriented IT professional with over 25 years of experience designing and developing solutions that exceed the expectations of businesses. She has extensive background in HR/Payroll, Labor Management and Retail/Wholesale systems. Her career highlights include architecting and building custom applications for budgeting, labor management, incentive pay, retail merchandising and stores systems.
Sarah Truman, CPP
Sarah has over 24 years of experience in domestic and global payroll services. She has concentrated expertise in a number of specialties, including transformation projects, payroll automation as well as equity and bonus programs. She assists clients with their payroll implementation and optimization, SOX control evaluation, software evaluations and recommendations, in addition to procedure development and writing.
Kristine willson, cpp
Kristine provides payroll administration, taxation and implementation services to her clients. She also serves organizations with their benefit administration, garnishments and process documentation/improvement needs.
Violet Balulis, MBA, PHR
Violet specializes in employee relations, training and development and regulatory compliance as well as HR policy and process development, organizational development, risk mitigation, staff coaching and mentoring. She often assists clients with their talent management, HR administration and compliance, HRIS system implementation and time and attendance management.
Amy provides the team with internal support, performing a variety of clerical duties and activities. She has expertise in managing network clients, preparing reports and assisting with client engagements. Before transitioning into this role, Amy spent more than nine years with Sikich as an administrative assistant.
