He has delivered solutions in absence, benefits, compensation, core HR, recruiting, payroll, talent and time tracking. Steve also has extensive experience solving application security, reporting and data integrity challenges.
LAURA FISCHER, PHR
Laura leads the talent acquisition consulting team. She has worked with hundreds of organizations, spanning across several industries and varying in size, to meet short-term objectives, while driving long-term organizational growth.
Throughout his career, Gary has provided managed services, private and public cloud hosting, integration analysis and strategic planning to large, complex global organizations as well as small to medium sized businesses. He also possesses a deep understanding of Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) and cloud system consulting with the capabilities and complexities of various products.
Richard provides clients with strategic planning, technology assessment, project management, and business process design and improvement support. He also works with organizations to offer objective, independent advice on the identification, design and deployment of HR business processes. Richard has experience with software vendors including Workday, Oracle, SAP, ADP and Infor.
Dave leads the Human Resources Advisory practice within Sikich’s Human Capital Management & Payroll Consulting group. He is an established HR professional with a unique blend of experience in strategic planning, talent management, executive coaching and business development.

Neil is a managing director with over 30 years experience in the field. He is a skilled payroll professional, who possesses expertise in global payroll and HCM process and systems implementations, HR and payroll process and compliance, and qualified and nonqualified deferred compensation.
