Sarah has over 24 years of experience in domestic and global payroll services. She has concentrated expertise in a number of specialties, including transformation projects, payroll automation as well as equity and bonus programs. She assists clients with their payroll implementation and optimization, SOX control evaluation, software evaluations and recommendations, in addition to procedure development and writing.

Karlie is responsible for collaborating with her team as well as working directly with clients to assist them in meeting their various human resources needs. She is a key resource for peers and clients in the areas of compliance, recruitment, training and development, policy development, procedure implementation, benefits administration, performance management creation and implementation, employee file audits and much more.
Amy provides the team with internal support, performing a variety of clerical duties and activities. She has expertise in managing network clients, preparing reports and assisting with client engagements. Before transitioning into this role, Amy spent more than nine years with Sikich as an administrative assistant.
