Jill Smith has 25 years of experience in human resources, both within an HR team in a corporate setting and as an external consultant. Since 2007, she has provided Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) consulting services for client companies ranging in size from 500–10,000+ employees across industries such as higher education, healthcare, manufacturing, retail, financial services and railroad. She has broad expertise in Workday, UltiPro, ADP and PeopleSoft inclusive of HR, benefits, talent acquisition, payroll, time & labor modules and functionality.
Jill works with corporate clients to implement customer-focused business processes aligned with organizational goals. She also ensures business processes optimize the use of selected technology and implements cost-effective and sustainable business improvements. She has a unique ability to integrate both payroll and HR requirements and processes to simplify and streamline the flow of employee information.
