CHICAGO – June 20, 2023 – Professional services company Sikich has earned two prestigious regional top workplace awards: 2023 Washington Post Top Workplace and Best Workplaces in Chicago in 2023 (awarded by Fortune magazine). Both awards are based solely on employee feedback through anonymous surveys that measure several aspects of workplace culture and employee experience. Earlier this year, Sikich earned the Great Place to Work designation, a national certification based on culture, employee experience and leadership, for the third consecutive year.

Survey feedback from employees is the sole basis for these two awards, both administered through globally recognized third-party partners:
- Best Workplaces in Chicago (awarded by Fortune magazine) collects nearly 50,000 responses from employees at eligible companies. Sikich is one of only 100 companies headquartered in the Chicago area to receive the distinction, which stems from the Great Place to Work certification the company received earlier this year that quantifies the current state of workplace culture.
- Washington Post Top Workplace measures drivers of workplace culture such as inclusion, connection and value alignment. The regional designation is administered by Energage, the Washington Post research partner that named Cotton, a Sikich company, a national top workplace earlier this year. This is the fourth consecutive year the company has been honored with this distinction.
