Professional services firm relocates to accommodate growth
AKRON, Ohio — Jan. 19, 2017 — Professional services firm Sikich LLP recently opened its new office in Akron’s White Pond Office Park. The firm moved into the new building on Jan. 16.
“We’ve grown steadily in Akron, and were committed to staying in the city limits when we were looking for new space,” said Dave Brockman, CPA, partner-in-charge of Sikich’s Akron office. “Our new state-of-the-art office allows us to bring all our employees under one roof and positions us for future expansion. The new office space will be an asset as we seek to continue to attract top talent across the region. We’re proud of our new home and excited to continue to grow in Akron.”
Sikich’s new, 34,500-square-foot building is the first in the 76-acre office park. The firm has an additional 20,000 square feet reserved for future growth.
In 2016, Sikich entered the northeast Ohio market with the acquisition of BCG & Co. Sikich offers a full range of business services in its Akron office, including audit, accounting and tax, technology, investment banking and a variety of advisory services. The firm now has more than 800 employees across 21 offices nationwide.
