Deerfield, Illinois-based predictive analytics firm 4i will join global data and analytics solution provider Fractal Analytics
CHICAGO — June 2, 2017 — Sikich Investment Banking served as the exclusive sell-side adviser to 4i Inc. a predictive analytics firm based in Deerfield, Illinois, in its acquisition by Fractal Analytics, a global data and analytics solution provider.

Sikich Investment Banking offers mergers and acquisitions and capital markets advisory services. The team has experience across industries, including health care and life sciences, technology, manufacturing and distribution, and consumer and retail.
