Ken Klika is one of 40 individuals selected for Leadership Akron’s 35th Class. Klika joins a force of 40 leaders chosen to help advance the local Akron community. According to Leadership Akron, Klika and the other 39 individuals will attend a tour of the city and two-day retreat, followed by once-a-month daylong sessions focusing on sectors of the community such as social services, health care, education and justice.
Klika is a partner in Sikich’s IT Solutions team. While Ken specializes in IT strategy, cloud computing, Microsoft Technologies, licensing and mobile computing, he serves a variety of industries, such as public accounting, manufacturing and distribution, legal, construction and engineering and not-for-profit.
Leadership Akron’s role is to strengthen and broaden this base of leadership. They help leaders see beyond their own spheres to the bigger picture of the community, and inspire them to become more effectively involved as community leaders.
