The Sikich NetSuite Prendio Connector is intended to provide clients with a solution that integrates their NetSuite ERP application with their Prendio purchasing application. This will reduce the man hours of downloading, uploading, syncing master records and reconciling systems. This document explains the out of the box functionality of the connector.

Many life sciences companies leverage the combination of NetSuite ERP and the Prendio application from BioProcure to streamline their purchasing process and enjoy the benefit of favorable pricing with vendors.

Below is a representation of how Prendio and NetSuite interact with each other:

NetSuite Prendio Connector

  1. The connector supports a “push all” integration of suppliers from NetSuite to Prendio during initial setup, and new and updated supplier information is then synced from Prendio to NetSuite as changes occur.
  2. Vendor bills are entered into Prendio and integrated into NetSuite as open vendor bills. The connector also supports the PDF attachment of the vendor supplied invoice.
  3. Bill payments are originated from NetSuite and integrated to Prendio. They are matched to Prendio vendor bills through the combination of Vendor and Invoice numbers.
