Sikich Elects Four New Partners

Professional service firm promotes leaders from across practice areas

CHICAGO — Dec. 20, 2018 — Professional services firm Sikich recently promoted Ginny Ferguson, Jenny Kramer, Janel O’Connor and Robert Sawyer to partner. Ferguson leads account management for the firm’s technology practice, Kramer offers tax planning and compliance services to clients, O’Connor leads Sikich’s human resources operations, and Sawyer manages implementations of enterprise technology.

“These four individuals are established leaders at our firm and will be a key part of our success in the years ahead,” said Sikich CEO Chris Geier. “They will all be excellent additions to our partner group and will help Sikich remain a leader in client service and innovation.”

Ferguson leads account management for Sikich’s technology practice. She deploys digital strategies and a broad portfolio of technology solutions to help clients improve business operations. She has more than 15 years of experience in business development and account management. She earned a bachelor’s degree in business administration from Illinois State University.

Kramer, CPA, has more than a decade of experience working on tax planning and compliance issues for closely-held businesses and their owners. She earned a bachelor’s degree in business administration and a master’s degree in professional accountancy from the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater.

O’Connor leads the firm’s human resources operations. She oversees recruiting, benefits design and administration, compensation, employee relations, performance management, training, and talent management in addition to her focus on firm growth and creating best-in-class programs. She has 20 years of experience in human resources. She earned a bachelor’s degree in human resources from Northern Illinois University and a master’s degree in human resources from DeVry University’s Keller Graduate School of Management.

Sawyer is director of Sikich’s Microsoft Dynamics 365 Enterprise consulting team. He has more than 20 years of experience working on technology implementations. He earned a bachelor’s degree from University of Maryland University College, a master’s degree in business intelligence from Saint Joseph’s University and an MBA from Colorado State University.
