Even before the pandemic, Sikich was putting in place the infrastructure to enable most of our professionals to work whenever and wherever they want. As a result, the transition to remote work during the pandemic has been seamless for our company. Looking forward, we won’t go back to the way things were. Instead, CEO Chris Geier envisions a future where professionals are more empowered to make work fit their lives (as opposed to the other way around).
