With more than two decades of life sciences management consulting experience, Nela has a proven track record of leading C-suite-sponsored transformation programs for global pharmaceutical, biotechnology and medical technology companies. His career has focused on helping organizations accelerate innovation, optimize manufacturing and quality operations and drive sustainable growth through digital and advanced technology platforms.
At Sikich, Nela will lead life sciences growth strategy, advance solution-led go-to-market initiatives and industry thought leadership. He will foster cross-practice collaboration to deliver the full breadth of capabilities at Sikich such as solving complex client challenges across commercialization, margin expansion, mergers and acquisitions and the scaling of agentic AI solutions to accelerate the delivery of life-saving therapies to patients. Additionally, Nela will drive life sciences, product innovation and spearhead strategic alliance engagements.
