Sikich Named a 2023 Best Places to Work by Crain’s Chicago Business

CHICAGO — September 14, 2023 — Professional services company Sikich announced today that its global headquarters was named a 2023 Best Places to Work award recipient by Crain’s Chicago Business. Sikich is one of only 100 companies headquartered in the Chicago area to receive this honor.

“Receiving this recognition for our global headquarters is a noteworthy achievement that sets Sikich apart in a competitive landscape,” said Sikich CEO Chris Geier. “This win is representative of the supportive, collaborative and exceptional culture that exists in all parts of our company. Professionals have plenty of choices when it comes to where they can work, and this award is an acknowledgement that Sikich continues to be a desirable destination for smart and dedicated professionals who want to build and grow meaningful careers.”

Crain’s Chicago Business partnered with Best Companies Group to identify the top 100 employers in Chicago that are enduring challenging conditions and reinventing themselves in the process. The Best Places to Work award is determined based on gathering extensive employee surveys and feedback coupled with an audit of benefits, human resource initiatives and policies.

The Best Places to Work award is one of several employer recognition awards Sikich has received in recent years. Most recently, Sikich announced its first-time placement on Inside Public Accounting’s Best of the Best Firms and its recertification of the “Great Place to Work” for the third consecutive year.
