Latest move strengthens Sikich’s services and highlights firm’s ongoing commitment to growth
NAPERVILLE, Ill. — September 8, 2015 — Leading professional services firm Sikich LLP recently announced the acquisition of Jannsen + Company’s audit, accounting and tax practice. The move will bolster Sikich’s already robust presence in the Milwaukee area and help strengthen the firm’s service offerings.
Sikich offers its full range of services, including audit, accounting and tax, technology, investment banking as well as a wide mix of advisory and managed services, out of its Milwaukee-area office.
“Jannsen has a proven track record of success and adds key talent to our public accounting team as we continue to grow in the Milwaukee market,” said Mark Sobczak, CPA, the partner-in-charge of Sikich’s Milwaukee-area office. “Sikich and Jannsen are complementary organizations and, together, we look forward to continuing to deliver high-level services to our clients in the region.”
Jannsen’s audit, accounting and tax team will join Sikich’s Milwaukee-area office in Brookfield, Wisconsin. Jannsen’s wealth management and information technology groups will remain separate entities.
