CHICAGO — Nov. 16, 2023 — Daniel Lutz recently joined Sikich as a partner in the company’s tax practice. Lutz has more than 13 years of experience advising private companies and high net worth individuals on tax strategies and helping them make sound financial decisions to achieve goals.

Before joining Sikich, Lutz was a tax partner of DB Tax and Accounting, LLC, in Chicago where he not only continued to serve private clients, but also led the practice in areas of firm operations, talent, and overall growth. Prior to his role at DB Tax and Accounting, he spent more than a decade at Deloitte, where he served high net worth individuals and families, closely held businesses, and tax-exempt organizations. While at Deloitte, Lutz focused on tax planning, tax compliance, wealth management and related consulting services. He earned both a bachelor’s degree and master’s degree in accountancy from the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater and is a licensed CPA in Illinois and Wisconsin.
