Municipalities are aggressively looking for new and creative ways to attract capital investment, new businesses and jobs into their communities. Growing companies create jobs, build a tax base, purchase local goods and send long-term ripple effects throughout an area’s economic growth. When you’ve narrowed your site location possibilities and know where you’d like to be, whether in a coworking space, new build or anything in between, we’ll work directly with the appropriate local and state government agencies to determine incentive potential.

Competitive incentives, more often than not, prove to be the tiebreaker that narrows several strong options down to a final location. While they can’t turn an ill-fitted site for a project into a good one, incentives help pave the way for necessary renovations and construction.

Our job, as your site selection and incentives consultant, is to negotiate for incentives like tax abatement, TIF, training grants, tax credits and other site-specific benefits on your behalf. Then, we present you with the best options for each potential site location and assist with making your final decision. When you’re ready to move forward, we’ll inform the involved governmental parties and begin handling the agreement and compliance process.
