CHICAGO – December 15, 2025 – Sikich, a professional services company specializing in consulting, technology and compliance today announced Joyce Nelson, CPA, has joined as principal in the company’s for-profit assurance service line. Bringing more than 17 years of diversified public accounting experience in manufacturing, consumer, retail and hospitality industries, Nelson will provide technical accounting expertise to help position clients for business growth and success.
At Sikich, Nelson will be a key piece in the expansion of its assurance services into the Indianapolis market. Previously, Nelson was an assurance director in CohnReznick’s Los Angeles Assurance practice where she acted as a trusted advisor to clients in a multitude of industries and was focused on elevating her team and client relationships. She assisted the company in driving operational efficiency for continued growth, and she will play a similar role within the group at Sikich.
Nelson holds a degree in accounting from California State University Northridge and is a licensed CPA. She is also a member of the California Society of Certified Public Accountants and the American Society of Certified Public Accountants.
