Professional services firm recognized by the Society for Human Resource Management for innovative and effective workforce practices
NAPERVILLE, Ill. — June 29, 2017 — Professional services firm Sikich LLP was recently recognized by the Society for Human Resource Management for its workplace practices with a 2017 When Work Works award.
The When Work Works awards recognize employers that offer initiatives such as work-life fit policies, transition to parenthood programs, opportunities for learning, a culture of respect and trust, and job autonomy.
