Packaging Distribution Services enhances capabilities with acquisition of leading packaging services company
CHICAGO — Sept. 10, 2018 — Packaging Distribution Services, a national distributor of corrugated boxes, specialty cartons and packaging materials, recently acquired packaging services provider Serenity Packaging Corporation. Sikich Investment Banking served as the exclusive sell-side adviser to Serenity Packaging.
