Late last year, Jet Reports went through a rigorous rebranding process to ensure they were positioned correctly in the marketplace. They wanted to make it clear to customers that their products went far beyond reporting. The end result was Jet Global, their new corporate brand name.
In conjunction with the rebranding, Jet Global has renamed their existing lineup of products. The new product names provide a clear purpose of each offering. Here is an overview of the new lineup:
Jet Reports is the company’s flagship product. It allows for financial and business reports to be built directly in Excel using the interactive ‘Jet’ tab. The intuitive interface makes it quick and easy to build flexible, yet powerful reports. Furthermore, the simple architecture of Jet ensures that reports are generated quickly, so you can spend time analyzing data instead of waiting for the reports to populate.
Jet Analytics takes the Excel experience a step further by incorporating business intelligence capabilities. Users can transform their data into actionable dashboards and analytics by leveraging the pre-built cubes and data warehouse. Jet Analytics also integrates with Power BI, Microsoft’s data visualization tool, to further enhance report creation and collaboration.
Jet Budgets was announced during Jet Global’s rebranding process. This much-anticipated product offering provides an intuitive, web-based budgeting solution. The budgeting module in Dynamics GP is simple but extremely limited. Jet Budgets on the other hand offers a dynamic and collaborative approach. It allows users to create custom budgets, assign security, and designate workflows. Final balances can then be added to financial reports in Jet Reports or Jet Analytics.
The Jet Hub allows users to share reports, dashboards, and budgets through an interactive web portal. The interface makes it easy to manage, schedule, and collaborate from anywhere (web browser or mobile device).
