With almost two decades of experience, Kessler plays a pivotal role managing two core consulting teams at Sikich and, in 2025, she also began supporting a cabinet-level agency to ensure the effective operation of its new financial system. Among her outstanding career achievements is her involvement in the initial audit of the United States Navy, marking a historic milestone for the Department of Defense as it embarked on its first financial statement audit. This accomplishment, as well as her daily contributions to consulting excellence, stands as a testament to Kessler’s dedication and ability to advance transparency, operational excellence and accountability within federal agencies.
