Sikich’s Margaret Jordan elected to board of directors for Association for Corporate Growth Cleveland

AKRON, Ohio — May 27, 2020 — Margaret Jordan, business development director at Sikich, was elected to the board of directors for the Association for Corporate Growth Cleveland, an organization of professionals who specialize in mergers and acquisitions and corporate finance in northeast Ohio. Jordan will officially join the board on June 16.

“From helping private equity firms perform due diligence on acquisition targets to guiding business owners during a sale, Sikich can help all parties successfully navigate risk during mergers and acquisitions,” Jordan said. “In this new role with ACG, I’m excited to lend Sikich’s expertise to ACG’s efforts to support business growth in the region.”

Jordan leads business development efforts in northeast Ohio for Sikich’s transaction advisory services team. She worked as a business development director at BDO before joining Sikich. In addition to her new role on the ACG Cleveland board of directors, Jordan will begin her fourth year serving on the group’s Women in Transactions committee.

“Even in this uncertain time, northeast Ohio and Cleveland, in particular, boast strong middle-market businesses and private equity funds,” said Ray Lampner, partner and northeast Ohio leader of Sikich’s transaction advisory services team. “ACG Cleveland plays an important role in facilitating the region’s M&A activity, and given her experience, Margaret will be a valuable addition to the board.”

Jordan earned her Juris Doctor, master’s and bachelor’s degrees from The University of Akron, and is a lifetime resident of northeast Ohio.
