CHICAGO – Dec. 11, 2025 – Sikich, a professional services company specializing in consulting, technology and compliance, today announced that Abe Nour has joined the organization as a principal in Transaction Advisory Services (TAS).
Nour has more than 20 years of experience advising private equity firms, corporate buyers, lenders and entrepreneurs on complex transactions. Over the course of his career, he has worked on more than 500 domestic and international deals, supporting clients from early-stage strategy through diligence, negotiation and post-close integration. He specializes in transaction services, including buy-side and sell-side due diligence, providing top-tier guidance on complex financial transactions.
Nour has deep experience across healthcare, consumer products, manufacturing, SaaS and business services. His work includes advising clients on quality of earnings and working capital analyses, purchase and loan agreement terms, financial statement evaluation, carve-out transactions and working capital disputes.
Before joining Sikich, Nour was managing director and equity partner at Kroll Consulting in San Francisco, where he led numerous complex diligence engagements across middle-market and upper-middle-market transactions. His broad exposure across industries and deal types enables him to quickly identify key value drivers, risks and operational considerations, helping clients make informed, strategic and risk-adjusted decisions.
He holds an MBA from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business, a Master of Business Taxation from the University of Southern California and a bachelor’s degree in aerospace engineering from the University of Manchester.
