What This Means
Microsoft will continue to offer basic enhancements, maintenance or support. Take a mental note of your Mainstream Support End Date from the table above. You’ll want to start formulating a strategic go-forward plan, at least 12 months prior to this date, to ensure the continuity of your business management technology and keep people and processes productive.
If your company is not regulated to remain on an on-premise solution, we highly recommend you look at migrating your operations to the cloud, where you’ll never have to worry about upgrading again. Talk to your ERP Partner about migrating your operations to Dynamics 365 Business Central or Finance and Operations. Make sure your current Partner is a member of the Microsoft Center Cloud Solution Provider (CSP) program. Only CSP certified Partners can help you make this transition.
