WHAT IS “END OF SUPPORT”?

It means that Microsoft will no longer offer enhancements, maintenance, or support. The risk of running unsupported software is on multiple fronts, with security a major factor. The move towards a supported solution grows to critical levels the older the system.

STEPS TO KEEP YOUR SYSTEM UP-TO-DATE
Use the tool above to make sure your Dynamics GP or Dynamics NAV system is within the support lifecycle. If your system is close to the end of support date or the date is long past, you’ll want to start forming plans. It’s best to get in touch with an implementation partner or consultant so they can help advise.

DON’T KNOW THE VERSION YOU ARE ON?

WHAT OTHERS HAVE DONE

Nikki Smith – Finance at Advance Polybag

“We’ve worked with several members of the Sikich team and have consistently found each of them to be knowledgeable concerning Microsoft Dynamics as well as resourceful and professional in their provided service.”

Kevin Conway – VP, Program management at SagePath

“During the process, we were looking for the right solution—one that was not one-dimensional—as well as the right partner who could scale with our fast-paced growth. After determining that Dynamics NAV was the most intuitive and familiar option for our employees, Sikich implemented a quick, efficient and cost effective rollout of the solution, and did so in less than 12 weeks.”
