Richard Lawler is a managing director with more than 30 years of experience working in human resources, payroll and information technology. He provides clients with assistance in strategic planning and technology assessment, business process design and improvement, as well as project management.
Richard’s areas of expertise are extensive. This includes developing HR information technology strategies that link HR systems to the organizations’ goals. He also provides objective independent advice on the identification, design and deployment of HR business processes and offers project management expertise and advisory services to organizational leadership.
Richard has industry experience with small, medium and large organizations including several Fortune 500 companies. He also has worked extensively with organizations in higher education, financial services, government, legal, insurance, healthcare, retail, manufacturing and technology.
He has experience with many software vendors including Workday, Oracle, SAP, ADP and Infor.
