With over 25 years of management consulting experience spanning strategy, process and technology, Nannette Bell, PMP, delivers expert solutions to clients across a broad range of industries. Nannette is a Managing Director with expertise in implementation, continuous improvement and leading large scale transformations.
Nannette has experience building program management, transformation and innovation offices, both from the ground up and broad redesigns in strategic visioning and incorporating PPM tools. She designs and implements programs, such as performance-based compensation, resource management and workforce planning, organizational design, and customer interaction analysis. She has provided operational management for mergers & acquisitions and transformational ways of working, including establishing Centers of Excellence across many functional areas.
