With over 20 years of experience in recruiting and talent acquisition, Lisa Trujillo, STA, has supported multiple industries, from luxurious casino hotel resorts and national security and defense leaders to global geothermal renewable energy and SaaS-based start-up companies.
She has been recognized as an innovative leader throughout her career for contributing to organizational growth and long-term sustainability by sourcing and placing high-performing leadership teams. In her current role as a talent acquisition consulting manager, Lisa develops best-in-class recruitment strategies, guides dynamic teams and implements various talent acquisition software systems and solutions. Lisa supports clients by championing their organizations’ employer brand and connecting with talent by aligning their career pursuits and goals with the right opportunity to thrive personally and professionally.
When Lisa isn’t working, she’s enjoying the great outdoors, riding her horse, Outspoken, and competing in various equine shows throughout Northern Nevada and California. She loves spending time with her family, close friends and traveling to different countries with her husband.
