With over 18 years of experience in HR advisory services, Darren Smith is a manager who brings in-depth knowledge of human capital management services to each client project. Darren excels at performing change management, organizational development, and strategic human resources and business processes services. He has extensive experience working in both shared services and Centers of Excellence business environments. In addition, he provides employee relations, risk mitigation, learning & development, leadership and mentoring of HR staff, and management coaching solutions.
Outside of work, Darren spends his time with his wife, Claire, son, Ethan, and rescue dog, Nala. He also enjoys coaching his son’s youth baseball team, playing competitive softball, golfing, weightlifting and traveling.
