With deep experience in talent acquisition services, Conor Hayes’ career has focused on establishing talent placements for long-term success. He has worked with both public and private sector clients across numerous industries, including healthcare, aviation, cybersecurity, technology and government. While working in the government sector, Conor supported recruitment efforts to staff highly specialized government programs within the Department of Defense and intelligence community.
Conor strives to understand his client’s overall business strategy to develop lasting relationships and support their short- and long-term hiring objectives. He applies a comprehensive and dynamic approach to each engagement, providing leaders and hiring managers with valuable guidance around candidate sourcing methods, employer branding and attraction strategies, and the development of competitive compensation packages to secure top talent.
Outside of work, Conor can be found golfing, cooking, skiing or enjoying nature with his dog.
