Sarah is the general counsel and a partner at Sikich, acting as the firm’s chief legal officer and managing all regulatory matters related to the firm’s numerous practice areas. Specifically, she focuses on risk assessment as Sikich continues to grow and acquire other companies. Prior to Sikich, Sarah served as a partner at Baker & McKenzie LLP, an associate at Mayer Brown LLP and vice president and general counsel of The Milwaukee Brewers Baseball Club.
Sarah regularly speaks at conferences and events around the country regarding mergers and acquisitions, legal issues facing the accounting industry and diversity and inclusion.
