Heather Peters is the Chief Human Resources Officer at Sikich, responsible for establishing and executing a holistic strategy to support people and culture. Heather has been a human resources leader in a variety of industries for over 20 years. She has extensive generalist and operational experience and thrives in situations that present challenges and require creativity and innovation. In her current role, Heather develops and advances people-first initiatives that contribute to Sikich’s growth by supporting employee well-being and professional development.
She is driven to strengthen Sikich’s unique culture and ensure the organization continues to be a rewarding and meaningful place to work. Heather’s most recent role was as the Vice President of Human Resources for a Mid-Atlantic civil construction company. Prior to that, she held the Vice President of Human Resources role at a global accounting firm.
Heather lives just outside of Philadelphia with her husband and daughter.
