The Naperville School District 203 Comprehensive Equity Plan was created to help guide the district in creating an environment based on equity and inclusion. The plan outlines the current demographics and goals to position D203 as a district focused on achieving educational equity. Through the use of bright, friendly colors, unique colorful iconography and photos of children of various ages, races and religions, the design highlights the diverse and inclusive environment that D203 strives to achieve. This report won an award of excellence from the National School Public Relations Association in the category of Special Purpose Publication.
