Objectives
KP Corporation sought capital to better support the company’s expanded capabilities and further invest in infrastructure to meet customers’ needs. The company also insisted on an investor who would not only help execute aggressive plans for growth, but who would support KP commitments to culture and values, customers and the communities KP serves.
