The Aftermath of Wayfair – State Tax Nexus Update

December 3 @ 8:00 am - 9:00 am CST

government building

Thursday, December 3 | 8:00 – 9:00 am CST | 1.0 hr CPE

It’s been over two years since the U.S. Supreme Court shook up the state tax world with the Wayfair case. Since that time, all but two states have adopted Wayfair economic sales tax nexus thresholds with various effective dates.

As state nexus and audit inquiries of out-of-state companies will likely increase substantially in the next year, we invite you to join our state tax nexus webinar on Thursday, December 3, where we’ll discuss:

  • Recent Wayfair developments
  • Marketplace facilitators
  • Business entity level taxes, including Attack on Public Law 86-272
  • Other state nexus-related updates

Contact our panelist, Brian Kelley, CPA, Director, State and Local Tax Services here.
