Adding to last year’s successful rollout of their support email program (support@sikich.com) and toll-free support telephone number (877-745-4841), Sikich is introducing an online support portal to its Microsoft Dynamics (formerly Great Plains, Navision and Microsoft CRM), Development and Networking customers (http://www.sikichsupport.com). The addition of this portal will allow for 24x7 lookup of common knowledge base articles, submission and monitoring of support requests, as well as the maintenance of contact information.
In addition to increasing support options for their customers, this customer portal will also allow for Sikich consultants to submit support requests from the field, on behalf of their customers, as well as check and update the status of their support requests.
To make the portal possible, Sikich utilizes the same customer service, sales force automation, and marketing automation software, Microsoft Dynamics CRM, which they sell and implement for their customers with the addition of C360’s Customer Portal product. Sikich is one of C360’s original partners and represents the entire wide array of add-on products to Microsoft Dynamics CRM that C360 (http://www.c360.com) has developed.
