Sikich Corporate Finance Indianapolis office will be base for IN business

Sikich Corporate Finance, LLC, a pre-eminent merger and acquisition consulting firm, announces Michael C. Fenerty has joined the firm as Senior Managing Director. Fenerty will oversee the firm’s newly opened Indianapolis office at Keystone Crossing. He has experience in mergers and acquisitions and will specialize in serving sellers of lower middle market companies.

Fenerty’s 30-year career includes serving in senior positions of middle sized and large companies.  In those positions he was responsible for the management, growth, development, and mergers and acquisitions of businesses. Prior to joining Sikich Corporate Finance, he owned Century Business Investments, a firm focused on maximizing the value of businesses by preparing them for sale.

Fenerty holds a Bachelor’s degree in Economics from St. Joseph’s University in Philadelphia and a Master’s degree from the Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania. He has earned the Certified Business Intermediary (CBI) designation, the highest designation awarded in the merger and acquisition industry. Fenerty is a member of the M&A Source, an association of experienced merger and acquisition intermediaries representing the middle market and the Association of Corporate Growth, the leading international middle market M&A organization in the world. He also serves on the Triage Committee of the Indiana Venture Center, and the Business Advisory Committee to the Lassonde Center at the University of Utah.
