AURORA, IL June 18, 2008: Sikich LLP, a leading professional services firm, today announced that for the third consecutive year, the organization has been recognized as one of “Chicago’s 101 Best and Brightest Companies to Work For”  by the National Association for Business Resources.

“Chicago’s 101 Best and Brightest Companies to Work For” award program was established to honor those companies in each market that recognize employees as their greatest asset, and work with imagination and conviction to create organizational value and business results through their policies and best practices.

Winners are determined through a three-part process administered by the NABR panel of judges, in conjunction with Illinois Institute of Technology Center for Research and Service and Davenport University. First, companies are nominated by individuals; then, each company's Human Resources Department is contacted to complete and submit an extensive survey along with an employee roster. Finally, the company's employees are selected to complete an anonymous, extensive survey on how they feel about their work environment. Each application is examined statistically for quantitative data and scored using a point system. Those receiving the highest points are selected as the winners.

The NABR will honor all award recipients at a ceremony to be held on August 4, 2008, at The Oak Brook Marriott, in Oak Brook, Illinois.
