Joyce Heiss, Director of Human Resources, to Lead Program

Aurora, IL May 15, 2006:  Sikich LLP, a professional services provider, is pleased to announce that Joyce Heiss, PHR (Professional in Human Resources), has become a Consultant Partner with NetSpeed Leadership. Heiss will lead the management training program, which can be customized to meet the specific needs of the client.

NetSpeed Leadership training is designed specifically to meet the learning needs of first and second level managers. The program curriculum consists of 23 modules addressing management challenges and issues in the areas of Leadership Development, Performance Management and Professional Skills. Participants can customize their learning experience by selecting training sessions of particular interest to their organization.

As facilitator for the program, Heiss will lead participants through the training beginning with a three-hour classroom session, followed by a series of online tools to reinforce, extend and apply the learning to actual on-the-job challenges. Finally, a web-based measurement tool is made available for participants so they can track and evaluate the impact of the training on employee performance.

Heiss is a PHR and Director of Human Resources for Sikich LLP. With more than 10 years of experience, her knowledge spans generalist human resource functions.  She has specialized experience in government and regulatory compliance, development and delivery of training programs, employee policy development, and performance management. In her role at Sikich, Heiss is responsible for providing consultative human resource services to external clients, as well as human resource support to more than 200 internal employees. Heiss resides with her family in North Aurora, Illinois.
