John Chalekian to head Human Resource Consulting Services

Aurora, IL May 4, 2007:  John Chalekian has joined Sikich as Director of Human Resource Consulting Services.  Chalekian will be responsible for helping clients align HR strategies with business objectives, improve HR processes, and comply with governmental regulations, in addition to providing specific HR outsourced services.

Chalekian is a seasoned, business professional with more than 20 years of generalist human resource experience in both major corporations and small businesses.  Prior to joining Sikich, he provided HR consulting services to small business owners in areas such as recruiting, training, compensation, and employee/labor relations. 

Chalekian has a Masters of Business Administration from Lewis University and teaches HR courses at the graduate and undergraduate levels for local colleges and on-line.
