Company Restructures to Highlight Unified Approach to Client Service

Aurora, IL February 20, 2006:  Sikich Group, LLC and six of its member firms have officially restructured and now operate under a single company name, Sikich LLP.  Along with James Sikich as CEO, 30 partners, all of whom held ownership or senior management positions in the previous firms, will continue to act as Sikich LLP’s senior leadership team.  At present, Sikich employs more than 200 employees in seven offices in Illinois, Indiana, and Missouri.

In explaining the name change, James Sikich said, “Although we have operated as one organization for years, the difference in Sikich Group member names and their focused service offerings often obscured our full capabilities.  Each member firm contributed to the character and energy of our organization and helped to build the Sikich brand. “

Sikich LLP divisions will now be known as:

• Certified Public Accountants & Advisors  (formerly Sikich Gardner & Co, LLP)
• ICS Technology  (formerly ICS Advantage, LLC)
• Entrepreneurial Services  (formerly Small Business Select, LLC)
• Investment Banking  (formerly Sikich Corporate Finance, LLC)
• Marketing Services  (formerly Sikich Communications, LLC)
• Human Resources (formerly Sikich HR Solutions, LLC)

Sikich Cozad Asset Management, LLC is a subsidiary of Sikich LLP and will retain its name.
