Sikich Technology customer recognized for excellence from among 250,000 Microsoft Business Solutions customers worldwide 

April 14, 2006: In an awards presentation at Microsoft’s Convergence conference, Sikich Technology division customer, High Sierra Sport Company, based in Vernon Hills, IL, won the Microsoft Business Solutions Pinnacle Award for Excellence in Customer Service. The Excellence in Customer Service Award honors customers whose business management system helps them measurably improve the value and level of services delivered to their internal and/or external customers.

Sikich, an Aurora-based Microsoft Gold Certified partner, designed and implemented a customized Microsoft Dynamics NAV solution for High Sierra that replaced an older, home grown system. The award given to High Sierra Company represents the second consecutive year a Sikich customer has won a Pinnacle Award making Sikich one of a few Microsoft Business Solutions Partners to have two customers so honored. In 2005, Westye Group in Glendale Heights, IL, was awarded the Pinnacle for Excellence in Financial Reporting and Budgeting.

Pinnacle Awards are presented annually at the largest Microsoft Business Solutions Customer event of the year, Convergence. They are given in recognition of outstanding achievement, with an emphasis on measurable improvement. The Pinnacle is a global award for those customers who achieve outstanding levels of success with - and because of - their business solution. Recipients were selected from over 250,000 Microsoft Business Solutions customers worldwide.
