The Vice President is responsible for managing transactions, assisting Managing Directors with business development and various marketing activities, and directing and training junior staff.
QUALIFICATIONS:
At least 8 years of investment banking experience required, MBA from a top school, strong financial aptitude, excellent oral and written communication skills, the ability to independently lead development and preparation of presentation materials, and manage transaction execution.
