We are currently seeking a Tax Manager in our Aurora office.
Responsibilities will include:
- Developing and sustaining strong client relationships
- Assisting in new business development
- Keeping current on tax practices
- Reviewing tax returns
- Developing and implementing tax planning strategies
- Developing, motivating and training staff level accountants and being visible in various professional organizations
Requirements include:
- At least 2 years as a Tax Manager in a public accounting firm
- BA/BS degree in Accounting and CPA certification
- Master’s degree in Taxation highly desirable
- Proficiency in taxation of corporations, consolidated entities, partnerships and other flow-through entities, and individuals
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to articulate complex financial information
- Experience managing multiple client engagements
- Must be client-focused and results-driven
