The managing director is responsible for sourcing and executing a wide range of investment banking transactions, meeting revenue goals; developing and maintaining corporate and PEG relationships, providing M&A transaction leadership and building and mentoring junior staff.
QUALIFICATIONS:
MBA from a top school, proven track record of success in investment banking, demonstrated financial and negotiating skill in closing transactions, strong understanding of transaction structures and tax issues, proven transaction leadership, executive presence and excellent communication skills.
