We are currently seeking an Employee Benefit Plan Audit Manager in our Aurora office.  Our Employee Benefits group consists of certified professionals who provide plan audits and plan administration services.  We handle ESOP’s, 401K plans and profit sharing plans along with other employee benefit services.  

Requirements include:

• At least 2 years as an Employee Benefits Manager in a public accounting firm and at least 5 years of experience in the employee benefits audit area
• BA/BS degree in Accounting, Finance or related field and CPA certification
• Proficiency in researching compliance issues relating to DOL, IRS, and/or AICPA rules relating to auditing employee benefit plans
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to articulate complex benefit information
• Experience managing multiple client engagements
• Must be client-focused and results-driven
